SINCE 1982…

Brian Chatfield has been arranging innovative mortgage financing for homeowners, developers and entrepreneurs throughout BC. As a leader in the industry, he has developed an expansive network of both private and institutional lenders with whom he maintains excellent working relations. Brian is a graduate of the Urban Land Economics program at UBC and the Canadian Securities Course.

In 1998 he pioneered the financing of strata corporation repair and maintenance here in BC.
